Client work is described in general, non-identifying terms. Ownership of software we develop transfers to the client as set out in the applicable signed agreement.

Penetration testing, vulnerability assessment and related security services are performed only against systems for which the client has provided prior written authorization and confirmed it holds the necessary rights and third-party consents. We do not perform testing against systems without that authorization. Security testing reduces risk; it cannot guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities or immune to attack.

References to frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA, NIST CSF, OWASP ASVS or WCAG describe engineering and documentation work intended to support a client’s own compliance program. Groovy Milk LLC is not a certification body, licensed auditor, or law firm, does not issue attestations or certifications, and does not represent that any client, product or Groovy Milk itself is certified or compliant. Certification and audit opinions are issued by independent third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groovy Milk LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its content is complete or current.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. Nothing here limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
